The HOPE Connections Homeless Continuum of Care (CoC) is a coalition of agencies, organizations, and individuals who are involved in changing the lives of those living unhoused or in emergency shelter.
​
Anyone wanting to participate in collaborative solutions to end homelessness
is invited to join! There is no cost for membership, but participation is required for CoC and ESG grantees.
​
Meetings are held at
First Methodist Church, 500 Common Street, Shreveport, LA 71101
on the 4th Wednesday of each month excluding the
summer months of June, July, and August.

FY2023 HUD CoC Competition Information
Each year, HOPE Connections partners with previously funded agencies
and new applicants to submit the
HUD Continuum of Care Competition Application together.
All information regarding the FY2023 HUD Competition will be available here as it becomes available.
