The HOPE Connections Homeless Continuum of Care (CoC)

is a coalition of agencies, organizations, and individuals

who work collaboratively to end homelessness in Northwest Louisiana.

There are no fees for CoC Membership, however, to be considered an official member,

a membership form must be submitted annually and

at least one representative from your group must attend 70% of coalition meetings held. 

Official coalition members are eligible to receive

CoC Certification Letters, Letters of Support, and/or

to apply for CoC funding through HOPE Connections.

HUD CoC and ESG funding recipients are required to be official members

of the Coalition to continue receiving funding.

Meetings are held at

First Methodist Church, 500 Common Street, Shreveport, LA  71101

on the 4th Wednesday of each month excluding the

months of June, July, November, and December.
